Our Intro Session at Body and Mind K9 (BAMK9) in Austin, TX, is the essential first step for anyone seeking professional dog training. This session is designed to assess your dog's behavior, discuss your training goals, and create a personalized training plan tailored to meet your needs. During this comprehensive session, our experienced trainers will conduct a thorough assessment of your dog’s behavior and temperament. We'll discuss any specific concerns or challenges you're facing and outline realistic training objectives. What to Expect: Behavior Assessment: Evaluate your dog’s behavior and temperament. Goal Setting: Discuss your training goals and expectations. Personalized Plan: Receive a customized training plan designed for your dog's needs. Hands-On Training: Begin implementing basic training exercises and techniques.
Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 requires a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice for Client to qualify for rescheduling. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount as a cancellation fee, and a new booking and payment will be required to book a future session. Packages: Package Plans are valid for 3 months from purchase date. No roll-over sessions apply. If the Client does not cancel or reschedule a session prior to 24 hours, one session will be deducted from the Client’s Package. Packages are non-refundable.
